This one is too fast and good to pass on.

-In a blender, add a can of any kind of fruit.

-Add your favorite liquor to the fruit.

-Fill the blender with ice.

-Add a sprig of mint (or not).

-Blend well and serve.

You'll get ripped (I'm not talking about your abs) pretty quickly, so be careful (or not).

Broiled Fish PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients: 

-Fish for four

-1/4 to a 1/2  c. olive oil

-use a little, use a lot, of salt

-Pepper to your desire

-Parsley

-1/8 c. minced garlic, in oil

-one lemon cut into 4 wedges

 

Six minute preparation time/15 minute cook time

Put olive oil in pan and on both sides of fish.

Add salt,  pepper,  and parsley.

Add garlic with oil.

Put pan,  with fish, in pre-heated broil oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges.

-ONE PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE, MELTED.

-2 TABLESPOONS MILK.

-ONE POUND OF CRAB MEAT.

-1/4 CUP CHOPPED SHALLOTS. 

-PEPPER TO TASTE.

GENTLY FOLD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.  DON'T BEAT THE HELL OUT OF IT.

SERVING SUGGESTION:  PEEL AND CUT  PIECES OF CELERY TO DIP.

OR, IF YOU ARE A BORING PERSON, JUST USE CRACKERS.
